1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 277det reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accumulated during the period of unverified status may be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using 277det is lawful in your jurisdiction. 277det provides its services to players in Bangladesh as an offshore platform. 277det does not guarantee that its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Players who access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without prior notice.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on 277det at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, any balances will be forfeited, and the primary account may be suspended pending review.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

This includes your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number (Bangladeshi numbers accepted), and a valid email address. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. On closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Currency

All balances on 277det are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 4.3 Payment Ownership

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal proceeds will only be sent to the same payment method and account name used for the original deposit, unless a formal payment method change request has been reviewed and approved by the 277det verification team.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during BST business hours. Requests submitted outside of peak hours or requiring additional verification checks may take up to 24 hours. 277det reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if identity or source-of-funds verification is pending.

4.5 Refused Transactions

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 277det are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x depending on the promotion type and are always stated in the individual offer terms.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the 277det platform contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

277det monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once; wagering exclusively on low-volatility outcomes to progress through requirements with minimal risk; using automated bet-placement tools; or colluding with other players to share bonus funds. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently banned from future promotional participation.

5.5 277det's Right to Modify Promotions

277det reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts, provided the relevant wagering period has already commenced. Players will be notified of any significant changes to ongoing promotions via the contact details registered to their Account.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available through the 277det platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided by the originating software suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 277det does not modify, interfere with, or influence the outcome of any game. 6.2 Prohibited Conduct

6.3 Void Bets

277det reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a pricing error, a system malfunction, or circumstances in which the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was accepted. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Balance.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

7.1 Player Obligations

Players are responsible for monitoring their own gambling behaviour. 277det strongly encourages players to set personal deposit and loss limits within their Account settings before they begin playing. These limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 277det's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
